The Solido Experience

To work at Solido is to be part of one of the highest-caliber technology teams in Canada. Solido’s culture encourages fluid teams and fosters personal growth in a safe and nurturing work environment. Successes are celebrated together and challenges are overcome with mentoring and individual coaching from more experienced Solidians. Leadership is encouraged: if you see a problem, you will be empowered to fix it.

While we take our work seriously, we also understand that our best work is often done when not sitting at a desk. So it’s not unusual to find family members wandering our halls, homebaked goodies available to all, lunchtime board games, or ad hoc trips to local restaurants.

Solido’s relaxed atmosphere belies our drive for quality software and best-in-class customer support.
